It is a 3 piece set, the skirt, shirt and belt are all separate pieces. The belt that ties around the waist is very long, so you can tie a large floppy bow, or wrap it around twice and have a tighter , more proper bow. The length of the belt tie is 95", so you can really get creative with it. The shirt and skirt are both very form fitting, and the skirt is even designed with the natural curves of the body, so it comes in at the waist, and out at the hips. If worn as pictured, the skirt can be worn as a mini skirt, with the belt tie wrapped at the waistline, and the outfit even almost resembles a dress. However, if you are more of the conservative type, the skirt can be pulled down as well, and worn just above the hips for a much longer look.
