Know your measurements. The cups should be front and center, the bra should lift and center your bust midway between your shoulders and elbows and your breasts should stay within the frame of your body. The bra should fit firmly around your frame especially because a strapless bra gets most of its support from the band. If it’s too loose, it will fall down. The band should only be able to fit two fingers underneath.
