Absolutely love this capri, specially for running/lifting/biking outside - all exercises that I like to listen to music! I have to “dance” a little to put it on because it’s a compression capri, but once it’s on… it’s super comfortable. I would think being so compressed it would give me a muffin top, but it doesn’t. To run, I have tried the arm band to put my phone but the velcro part keeps getting stuck on my shirt usually. I have also tried the fanny pack but that keeps bouncing since I always have my iPhone and keys inside. The side pocket on this capri is perfect! I can put my phone and keys with no problem and they stay in place… also, it’s super easy to take the phone off to skip a music I don’t like and put it back.

Finding the perfect pair of jeans is hard enough but finding white jeans is even tougher. I’m obsessed with this pair and they are absolutely perfect for petites! Who says you can’t wear white after Labor Day? I wear mine all year round. As you can see, my mind is already in Fall mode.
One of the recurring comments found in the reviews section is that these boots make the feet look big. While that may be true, I came to terms with this sometime ago. Old Nancy would have returned the boots based on this alone. New Nancy says: Yes! I am tall and I have bigger feet! They allow me to go about my business and help support my statuesque frame, so I am not going to bash them! So I say, screw it, go on with your big feet! So whether it be stilettoes, kitty heels (they’ve been getting a beating lately… LOL), or shoes that make your feet look big, wear what makes YOU comfortable and happy! *gets off soap box* LOL

The model is shown with the waistband showing. I found I like wearing it with the waistband tucked under or even tucked into pants like a t-shirt. It’s very cute and great for inversions in yoga (it doesn’t fall around my face like a regular t-shirt would when I’m upside down).

This skirt is super cute. The material is a bit thin but not see thru. It’s perfect for fall or mild winters only due to thinness of material. To give an idea of sizing, I am 5'9 and 159 pounds, my hips are 39’ inches. I ordered Large, fits perfectly and just below the knee. It hugs every inch tightly but you can move about comfortably and it doesn’t feel ‘tight’ and does not bag after wearing for hours on end. It holds its shape. The rust color is a beautiful burnt orange, perfect for fall. Think I will order the other two colors later I do own several other real suede skirts (size 8) and they do not stretch or have any leeway, however they are thicker material and satin lined. What’s the best part about this time of year? Halloween. But also Elle McPherson and Stella having their massive end of season sales. Their sales are usually held around September after the other sales have just wound up (so make sure to set a little aside, because they’re always worth it. I’m talking reductions down to $15). Although now it is much past September (and so close to halloween!), there are still a number of items by Elle and Stella you can pick up for very very cheap! As well as my Elle and Stella affair, I’m also a big lover of lace and hater of the feeling of picking up a gorgeous lacy piece and realizing that it’s the same price as your rent… isn’t it actually the most disappointing thing? My general shopping philosophy is that I try to purchase meaningful pieces that are the best quality that I can afford (meaning not spending this months rent on a set and having to eat lentils for a month). I also try my best to buy from companies which I support as well as giving back to smaller brands (they need your help to guys!). Elle McPherson and Stella McCartney are two of my absolute favourites who I support throughout because of their high quality pieces, design and they truly last the test of time.
